Core Gaming bows out of ESL 5on5 Summer Cup
After a run which saw us knock out belowZERO, Rostock Vikings and ReFresh! Gaming, the team was really starting to gather momentum in the tourney, and with a lot of big names already out, confidence was growing as we moved through the echelons.
Our match versus Delerious was never going to be an easy one, but the team came up to a veritable road block and found themselves losing Backlot 7-17, a defeat which would never be easy to come back from. Valiantly fighting on in Strike to an 8-8 draw, the eventual score dragged out to 25 - 15, but this was comfortably enough to see us knocked out from the tourney. Nevertheless, a great showing from the Core Gaming by DediFrag.com COD4 team, and some promising performances along the way. Here's to more solid cups in the future!
