it's a future forum so....
What kinda ideas would you like to see in technology in the future?
I've got a really basic request..... the double-save. Programs like office etc should incorporate a second desination bar when you save docs, with the possibility of adding more. That way, if you need to save a doc to your desktop and your usb key, it's all done in one saving action  This annoyed me today rofl.

New Pc OS where it defrags your computer automatically instead of doing it on its own and taking 2 hours to do... Thats the biggest thing for me

yas know.... i was nearly tempted once for this whole linux charade.
A mate was talking it up to be for hours on a long train ride, we got back to his house, and he fired "the beast" up for me. Before he did anything, he was like, "oh, screen's a bit dark, eh?" so tried to change the screen brightness via some kinda linux control, the whole thing froze and he had to reboot. 'Nuff said.

lol. What a noob. Changing screen brightness is easy. Do you know what distro he was using?
Bad thing about Linux is that it doesn't support games, and there's not a lot of point in it for the casual PC user (I'm into programming, security, hardware, all that jazz. Most normal computer users aren't). For that stuff, Linux is definitely better than Windows. But for just getting stuff done and playing games, definitely Windows. Anyway, I would like to see computers such as the ones in Minority Report: http://xenophilius.files.wordpress.c...-report-ui.jpg That'd be epic to the extreme.
