We recruit at 16+, but have been known to lower the bar on the odd occasion. All we can say is try your luck, but be aware that if you're accepted, you'll be the exception to a usually well-enforced rule!

Captains must:
Be prepared for a lot of behind the scenes paperwork here, such as reporting match results on the site, writing news articles, maintaining your team's roster, etc.
