Hai.
Up to now, I've made two videos. The first was a similar idea to what Moses is proposing, featuring a few people from my first clan. I followed it up with a solo one I made for someone from that clan after it broke up in CoD2.
Right now, though, I'm making my first CoD4 video (also the first one featuring me on my own). I'm playing around with Vegas 8 and doing some slight dabbling in AfterEffects (though I'm still not too good with it), so most of my video-making time's focused on doing that one.
But it's an interesting idea. And yes, Goddard has a point. Having the demos come in as you're trying to make the video itself just serves to slow things down, as you find yourself waiting for the next batch to come along when you're done finding the best bits of the previous lot.
Yes, I said demos. I record demos, then use Fraps to record it while they're playing back. That way, I don't have Fraps running while trying to play.
In other news, my video's coming along nicely. It's about halfway done at the moment.
