So now 38 other senior team members (besides West and Zampella) are suing Activision for "breach of contract," "breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing," "unjust enrichment," and violation of the California state labor code

. Personally I hope Bobby Kotick (and the rest of Activision) gets kicked in the nuts for his (their) personal role(s) in the destruction of video gaming, so this lawsuit, if the former inf. ward developers win, should hopefully do some good. Opinions?
